Love the Deuce. Rode it in head high to overhead waves in clean Nicaragua beach break conditions. It is a replica of a retirement gift from my colleagues at FM. I am 5’9”, 175 lbs. and love it as my go to twin. Leaving the board at my house in Nica and will be ordering a third replica for my home in SoCal. Thanks Rusty!
I’ve only been able to paddle out in small summer mush so far, but I noticed a lot of speed and responsiveness right out of the gate. I’m having a blast on it! Can’t wait to put it to the test in bigger fall/winter waves. Absolutely recommend the Dark Arts Deuce!
I got this surfboard a few days ago and have been riding it in 2-3 foot small waves at Ocean Beach. It’s a perfect transition board since I am used to riding thrusters and is very loose for turns! I can’t recommend this enough. the volume on the nose helps me get into any wave too. it’s just overall an awesome twin fin for having fun in San Diego waves.
