Over the weekend, the McCaffray siblings, Ella and Cole had a great weekend at the NSSA Southwest Huntington Beach Explorer and WSA Oceanside contests in Southern California. Ella, 11 years-old and surfing way beyond her years, made the U12 Girls final at the WSA event at Oceanside Harbor where she surfed her way to a solid second place finish on her Kerrosover.

Cole McCaffray, 9 years-old and younger of the two siblings, attended the NSSA Southwest Explorer event at Huntington Beach where he fought hard and found himself at the top of the podium of the Mini Groms division. Cole was surfing on his Yes, Thanks! that we had shaped for him a couple of months ago.

NSSA even gave Cole a shoutout on their Instagram congratulating him on his win!

A big congrats goes out to these groms! Way to represent kids!
