Willian Cardoso, a.k.a Panda, is in town for the Oakley Lowers Pro and he is ready to take it to the top on his brand new Panda quiver that he just picked up from us here at the factory. With the waiting period for the comp to begin tomorrow Willian is now ready and prepared to take down the top guns at the event.
